Alpha approached FSA with the need for a truly national training provider to deliver a tailored Working at Heights Training Package across all Australian sites.
FSA tailored a package for Alpha, which included revision of their Heights Permit, SOP and Equipment solution to facilitate their new fleet of aircraft catering vehicles.
We assisted in introducing new height safety equipment across Australia for Alpha nationally.
FSA delivered the tailored training package, including equipment provision, to every major capital city in Australia: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Darwin, Gold Coast.
FSA facilitated the National rollout of this training through a single point of contact for bookings and account management.

The Training Need

Alpha Flight Services approached FSA with the goal of finding a reliable partner who could provide consistent and tailored height safety training across their national operations. With the need to ensure that all personnel across their multiple locations were fully equipped and trained in height safety, Alpha sought a comprehensive and cohesive solution.

This involved revision of their Heights Permit, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and equipment solutions.
