This 2 day Trainer & Assessor Refresher program is designed for experienced trainers, assessors and workplace instructors who have previously completed trainer and assessor training or who are currently undertaking training and assessment activities in the workplace.

The course provides an opportunity to refresh and reaffirm core training and assessment skills, review current industry expectations, and strengthen confidence in planning, delivering and assessing workplace-based learning.

Participants will engage in practical activities, discussions and workplace-focused scenarios that allow them to revisit key concepts while receiving guidance and feedback from experienced trainers.


This training is delivered and assessed by Fire and Safety Australia on behalf of Sharp Industry Training (RTO 40478), which is the issuing Registered Training Organisation and who will award certification to eligible students.

Entry Requirements:

Participants should have previous experience delivering workplace training, conducting assessments or providing work skill instruction. It is a mandatory requirement to have a prior qualification certificate showing TAEDEL311 (or TAEDEL301) and TAEASS412 (or TAEASS402).
