This Queensland-specific course refreshes the knowledge and skills of Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) and Deputy HSRs, ensuring they can effectively promote workplace safety. QLD WHS Regulation 2011 (Section 21) as 29 July 2024, states that QLD HSR refresher training is to be undertaken at least every 12 months, with the entitlement to the first refresher training commencing 12 months after the initial training was undertaken.

Participants are to provide evidence of completing the QLD 5 day initial or Refresher training course within the last 12 months (QLD WHS Regulation 2011 Ref. 21.
As per the WHSQ Conditions of Approval for HSR Training Providers (Section 4:34) we are required to sight and verify Evidence of Identity (EOI) for each student on commencement of training. EOI documents must be made up of 3 matching original EOI documents. FSA is required to retain a copy on each students file.
