Duration

- structured online pre-classroom learning programme addressing AIIMS principles, objectives and functional management with embedded assessment designed to confirm understanding of core incident management concepts
- Review and analysis of students' workplace emergency management systems, including emergency management plans, procedures and trigger response arrangements
- Examination of relevant legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements applicable to emergency response coordination
- Completion of structured learning or research activities that prepare students to engage in coordination-level discussion, analysis and decision making
Students are able to progress through the pre-classroom activities at a pace appropriate to their role and context while meeting defined submission and participation requirements
