• Sufficient language, literacy and numeracy skills to complete the course

Physical Requirements:

There are no strenuous physical activities in this course. If you have accessibility needs, we can provide adjustments such as electronic materials or alternative participation methods.

This course is classroom-based and focuses on discussion, consultation, and leadership activities. You will need to:

• Sit comfortably in a classroom or training room for the duration of the course.
• Read handouts, presentations, and case study materials (glasses or other aids may be used if required).
• Write notes and complete short written activities (or use a laptop/device if preferred).
• Talk and listen to others during group discussions and case study exercises.
• Take part in role-play or scenario-based activities to practice consultation and communication skills.

Overall: No strenuous or high-risk physical requirements. Training is classroom-based with theory discussions, written tasks, and interactive group activities. Reasonable adjustments can be made for participants with accessibility needs.
