World Mental Health Day
Thursday 10th October 2019 was World Mental Health Day. The World Federation for Mental Health created the global day of awareness to reduce stigma and help shed a more positive light on mental health.
The campaign from Mental Health Australia, ‘Do You See What I See?’ prompts people to make a #MentalHealthPromise to see beyond the stigma and make mental health more visible between family, friends, and society.
