Work Safely at Heights Training

This course is designed for people who are required to work at a height. The course exposes students who work at heights to a broad range of height risk situations and to correctly implement safe working procedures.

Our Work Safety at Heights training course covers how to work in accordance with height safety regulations, Australian Standards and relevant codes of practice. Students will have an understanding of risk assessment procedures and permits to work at heights. Students will also undergo practical instruction in the correct use of height safety equipment and develop skills to select height safety equipment and apply it to specific tasks.

This one day course covers the following:

  • Safe Ladder Techniques
  • Suspension Trauma
  • Correct use of Height Safety Equipment
  • Equipment Inspection & Maintenance Requirements

This month FSA conducted a range of highly practical courses including Emergency Response, Vertical Rescue and Confined Space Rescue. We believe in hands-on ‘memorable’ and practical training.
