OUR PURPOSE

To forever change safety in the world…One experience at a time

Our purpose is the reason that Fire and Safety Australia exists and why we were founded more than 17+ years ago. We believe that every experience that we provide, including teaching an individual learner, training emergency response teams and workers in safe work practises, providing Health and Safety Representative training, or providing on-site treatment to an ill or injured worker from one of our Paramedics or providing on-site Emergency Response team services…every interaction that we have provides us with an opportunity ‘to forever change safety in the world…One experience at a time’.

Our organisation provides meaningful training and medical and emergency response services to help prevent incidents and prepare for and respond to serious incidents and the worst day in someone’s life. We take our purpose to improve safety in the world very seriously. We have worked very hard over the last 17 years to train hundreds of thousands of learners across Australia, providing hundreds of thousands of Medical and Emergency Services shifts across various workplaces to keep people safe. For the next 17+ years, we will continue to focus the entire company to keep working hard and to continue to change safety in the world.

Our vision is to be the industry leading in providing Safety and Emergency Response Training and Personnel across Australian workplaces. We want to make a significant impact through our services, to help make Australian workplaces safer. We want to continue to attract and retain the best people with a values based culture, providing opportunities for our team to continue to develop their skills and progress their career with us. We see a future where we are training more than 100,000 learners and providing more than 100,000 on-site Medical and Emergency Response shifts to look after our client partners and their staff.
