Fire and Safety Australia (FSA) has provided offshore trainers for gas construction projects across Victoria and Western Australia on various rosters.
We have delivered flexible training solutions through a co-provider/partnership arrangement, enabling McDermott personnel to complete nationally recognised safety training offshore.
FSA has provided tailored safety and emergency response training for VIC and WA oil and gas projects, including the ESSO Tuna Turrum project and the BHP Macedon Gas project.

To support McDermott’s offshore projects, FSA has contracted three permanent trainers to work on vessels involved in the construction of a new offshore gas facility. Additionally, five FSA personnel with extensive offshore safety advisory and training experience provide specialised instruction that aligns with offshore safety regulations and compliance requirements.
