The success of FSA is down to its staff and management’s focus on exceeding client needs. This again has been demonstrated with a recent deployment where we delivered 10 staff to a tier one client to assist them manage and control Covid within their workforce.
RAT and PCR testing was implemented as a precautionary measure and when the virus ultimately hit the camp, the medics were prepared and with the clients isolation procedures, coupled with the testing our staff were able to manage the additional workload without impacting day to day services at the clinic. Then end result was a happy client who had the resources and processes to manage and control the spread of the virus whilst still running operations.
In addition to testing, our staff were also charged with monitoring and assessing the mental and physical state of our clients workforce during their isolation period.
