This G189 Mine Supervisor Refresher course supports compliance with s.56 of the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999, s.51 of the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999, and Reg. 84 of the Coal Mining Safety and Health Regulation 2017 (Qld). It is recommended every five years and is recognised by both the Coal and Mining Safety and Health Advisory Committees.

This G189 Mine Supervisor (formerly S123) course is mandatory for all Supervisors in the mining industry. It meets the fundamental requirements of a Mine Supervisor in the Resources Industry as per s.56 of the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999 and s.51 of the Mining and Quarrying Safety and Health Act 1999.
