This phase allows participants to complete assessments, further their understanding of the course material, and apply the concepts learned in the workshops to practical scenarios.

The online eLearning component is designed to be flexible, enabling participants to study at their own pace while benefiting from ongoing support from trainers through regularly scheduled online Q&A sessions and email consultations.
