Pre-Requisites:

• Evidence of Identity (EOI)
• Must provide evidence of completing the Commonwealth HSR Initial training

FSA Entry Requirements:

• Fitness to participate
• Enclosed footwear and office appropriate attire
• Sufficient language, literacy and numeracy skills to complete the course
