Needs Analysis: An in-depth analysis on your Fire/Safety/Medical and Rescue training requirements. Any potential limiting factors or constraints will be discussed. Training objectives will be set for the sessions.
Program Design: Design of nationally recognised training programs specifically developed for your OH&S Policy, Procedures and requirements. This includes your logo’s and branding on course materials.
Program Delivery: Delivery of Fire, Safety, Medical and Rescue Training for your company. We will send instructors whom have emergency services and safety experience. Our instructors will utilise training methods that correspond to your personnel. We will deliver training according to your procedures, permits and risk assessment methods.
Program Evaluation: Final acceptance by client – Meeting held with client to ensure that all training objectives were met requirements have been met.
